Champions FORE Health Golf Tournament: A Gateway to Community Support
Get ready, New Orleans! The annual Champions FORE Health Golf Tournament is set to swing into action on October 18, 2025, at Bayou Oaks at City Park’s South Course. Hosted by the Ascension DePaul Foundation (formerly known as Daughters of Charity Foundation of New Orleans), this tournament aims to raise funds for the invaluable work being done at DePaul Community Health Centers (DCHC).
Supporting Healthcare for All
The Champions FORE Health Golf Tournament starts early with registration at 7:30 a.m., where participants can grab light refreshments before teeing off at 8:30 a.m.. But this isn’t just about golf; it's about giving back. All proceeds from the event will directly benefit patients who need assistance paying for their healthcare. DCHC’s mission is straightforward: provide high-quality, compassionate health care to everyone, regardless of their ability to pay.
Exciting Competitions Await!
What can participants expect? Well, it’s not just a typical day on the course! There will be a “Beat the Pro” contest, putting and closest-to-pin competitions, plus prizes for the top three teams. And if you’re lucky enough to score a hole-in-one, there’s a grand prize waiting for you. There’s something for everyone, making this event a hit among New Orleans residents who enjoy mixing sports with community spirit.
A Hue of Local Spirit
Local leaders are coming together for this event, including Cade London, the Committee Chair and President and CEO of En Masse Media, and Voris R. Vigee, Director of FQHC and Public Health Partnerships for Quest Diagnostics. Their involvement showcases the tight-knit community spirit of New Orleans, exemplifying how local businesses rally to support health initiatives in the region.

With plenty of excitement in store, the Champions FORE Health Golf Tournament is a unique opportunity for every participant—whether you’re an avid golfer or just looking to support a good cause.
